We are people of action and so we have divided our products into categories based on your activities or the basic characteristics of the items related to them. Each category also has a subcategory "tree" displayed as a drop menu on your screen.

Maybe at first you have difficulty, but our goal is to get to the final product with 3 clicks.If you are looking for something specific, use the "search" that will lead you straight to your choice.

Alpamayopro.gr makes every effort to provide high quality services. However, errors cannot be ruled out in prices and secondary product features and it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no interruption of the website or "human" errors when updating / listing the price or characteristics of a product.

For security and market efficiency, we invite you to find out that a product is offered at an abnormally low or high price compared to its market value before proceeding with its order by contacting Customer Service at 210 3627032 or via Contact Us at the bottom of the site.

After entering your order, you will receive a series of emails informing you of the progress of your order. These messages are about the following steps:

Order processing: Automated e-mail with your order details.
This will be received by a partner of our company who checks it for the correctness and availability of the items it contains.

Shipping Pricing and Tracking: Ordered items were collected, passed through pricing and are routed to ship to your place. This e-mail will also contain the shipping number to track the delivery process of your parcel.

Partial pricing: Some of the products in your order were not collected and pending. You will be given the products listed in the e-mail.

Order Cancellation: Your order has been canceled at your request or because the product you selected is not immediately available.
Note that: If your order has a pending issue, then you will be sent a corresponding e-mail and / or sms. Alternatively, we will contact you on the phones you provided when registering or registering the order on our site.

There is no way to disable these updates, the shipment of which is a prerequisite for the correct development of your order. In what ways can I pay my purchase?

Your transactions in our online store are protected by superior online banking systems that guarantee a secure trading environment. For purchases with your credit card, follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill in the order form and the number and expiration date as well as the 3-digit number (CVV) on the back of your credit card.

Buying in installments:

If you own one of most Visa, Master Card or Dinners issued by the Greek banking system, we give you the option of paying interest-free installments for each of your purchases that exceed € 150. Simply state it in the corresponding credit card transaction area.

300 to 599.99 euros up to 6 interest-free installments
600+ euros up to 8 interest-free installments

With Cash on Delivery (payment upon receipt of your order at your place)

Pay the courier of the courier company by delivering your order at your place. Payment method with cash payment applies to all Greece.

What if I did make a purchase and for some reason I want to return the product?
You have the right to return within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt. Please contact Alpamayo PRO through the Contact Us field at the bottom of the site. Enter the order number and request the order of the item to replace the product you are returning. If this is not possible due to lack of the product you want then we will immediately issue a 30 day credit from the date we received the parcel. Given that the date of dispatch to Alpamayo PRO is the date that the courier registered in the parcels accompanying it.

Return of Defective Products

In cases where defective, counterfeit or poor quality products were sold with proven fault, or if you received damaged or damaged products during transportation, we fully assume the responsibility for replacement and shipping costs to Alpamayo PRO and re-shipping. In the event that the product is exhausted, you will be paid the purchase price in a bank account to indicate to us.

The terms and procedures for return are the same as those mentioned above.
Exceptions of Returns You are not entitled to a withdrawal of products under the law, such as lingerie, or food for hygienic and safety reasons, if the execution started with the consumer's prior express consent and confirmation that he is losing his right of withdrawal.
How do I return the package back to Alpamayo PRO?
Pack the product without forgetting shipping shipment (receipt or invoice), be careful not to distort the original packaging and not to miss the badges of its features.

Note that we obviously do not accept products that are used even partially, used or washed.
Fill in the return form accompanying our shipments and indicate the following:

Also, please fill in the field that we ask you if you want to replace the product or credit for buying a new one. Please send us the parcel only with Porta-Porta of EL.TA with Consignment Fee. To ship the product to be replaced, you will be charged € 5.00 for shipments within Greece even if your original order exceeds the Free Shipping limit.

Is there a refund? What happens if I make a purchase through alpamayopro.gr?
You may return a product and pay your price if you notify us in writing through the form of the site's communication form of your decision within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product by you or by a third party to indicate.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Mountaineering Ltd. and charge the customer. The money returned from Mountain Climbing Ltd. does not include any initial shipping costs to you if it exceeds the cost of universal postal service.
Return To Replacement
You have the right to return within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt.

If this is not possible due to a lack of the product you want then we will immediately issue a 60 day credit from the date we received the parcel. Considering that the date of dispatch to Alpamayo PRO is the date that the courier entered in the accompanying package.
